C-WIS References

C-WIS is a sophisticated logistics software system for stock keeping companies, that works with any existing WMS or ERP system. C-WIS acts as a ’cockpit’ for the warehouse to help drive down costs, optimise processes and save time.

Using your WMS or ERP data, combined with additional business information, the software carries out various complex calculations. This process produces robust results which can then be acted on.

Papyrus, Sweden - Constructor References



Papyrus is one of Europe’s leading paper merchants, facility supplies and industrial packaging. Supplying about 1.8 million tons of paper annually. Papyrus currently has a presence in 22 European countries and employs 2800 people.

Papyrus was planning to move a part of their stock from various warehouses in Sweden into a few central warehouses in Sweden. This meant increased demands on delivery performance, management, logistics and warehouse solutions. For the design and logistics analysis of different solutions all coming together they engaged Constructor Logistics.

The analysis was based on one full year of order- and item data across all the warehouses, this was imported into the C-WIS system. Different solutions were provided and the report showed detailed proposals of locations, operational impact and potential investment costs.

Based on the logistics analysis Papyrus made different actions and investments to what was originally envisaged, but now they had evidence for layout changes, placing strategies, investments in pallet racking and Mobile pallet racking etc.
