C-WIS is a sophisticated logistics software system for stock keeping companies, that works with any existing WMS or ERP system. C-WIS acts as a ’cockpit’ for the warehouse to help drive down costs, optimise processes and save time.

Using your WMS or ERP data, combined with additional business information, the software carries out various complex calculations. This process produces robust results which can then be acted on.

Diversey sells and develops cleaning and hygiene products. The company's strength is developing effective yet environmentally friendly and sustainable products.

Diversey needed to optimized the logistics of their warehouse and to replace their fork lift truck fleet. For this to be implemented it was important to analyze picking patterns, needs, times, etc. For this reason Constructor Logistics was asked to help them.

Diversey’s ERP and WMS systems had limited ability to optimize the warehouse in terms of ABC location strategies. The C-WIS software is a very strong tool for handling this kind of issue and for conducting a logistics analysis based on the imported data from their WMS/ERP system.

The analysis and the optimized solution presented Diversey with unprecedented opportunities to solve their current problems. This involved optimizing their location strategy, the layout of the warehouse and the possible equipment solution. The C-WIS analysis and suggested alterations to layout meant less need for trucks and a faster service.

Diversey estimate that they annually save about 800 000 DKK.
